
- Andrew Markou (CEO & Technical Director)
- One of the founders of Dynamis PLC, Andrew is a creative technologist and web programmer with an MSc in Computer Science from Birmingham University. He has been instrumental in overseeing the technical development of BusinessesForSale.com and FranchiseSales.com.
- Marcus Markou (Chairman)
- Marcus heads up the Dynamis PLC board and is responsible for leading the business. He is a writer, actor and entrepreneur with a broad range of experience ranging from theatrical production to magazine publishing. He launched his first magazine whilst at University and subsequently launched BusinessesForSale.com in 1996 after setting up the publication Businesses and Premises For Sale. He has a degree in History and Politics from Birmingham University and an MA in Legal and Political theory from UCL.
- Tony de Vizio (Sales & Marketing Director)
- Tony joined Dynamis PLC. in April 2005. He graduated from Durham University, with a BA in Economics, and has over ten years experience within business development, marketing and commercial management, having worked for MasterCard International Inc. and Cable & Wireless plc. He is responsible for driving revenues and improved profits throughout the entire portfolio of Dynamis’ business brands.
- Claire Collins (Non-Executive Director)
- In April 2005 Claire was appointed as a Non-Executive Director. Claire joined Dynamis PLC in 2004 as Commercial Director,taking charge of implementing new sales and marketing initiatives. Claire has eight years sales, marketing and general management experience with US corporates and four years consulting UK & European New Media businesses in growth strategy.
- Stephen Howes (Technical Architect)
- Steve holds a degree in mathematics from Trinity College, Cambridge and a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics from Swansea University. He has extensive programming experience [SQL Server, .NET and XML] and has been working with Dynamis PLC since 2002.
- Ralph Weedon (Technical Architect)
- Ralph has worked as a development consultant for the BBC, and joined Dynamis in 2000 when he was heavily involved in the creation of Dynamis's current portfolio. After a spell at FPDSavills where he rewrote their UK property search, he rejoined Dynamis in summer 2004. Ralph has a degree in Philosophy with Cognitive Science from the University of Sussex and is an award winning pianist with a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Jazz studies from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
- Brett Taylor (Technical Architect)
- Brett read mathematics at Warwick University before embarking on a PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics from Swansea University. He then became a research fellow in String Theory at the University of Patras, Greece. His published work centres particularly on what happens near knotty singularities in quantum field theory parameter spaces. He joined Dynamis in March 2006.
- Chris Leow (Technical Architect)
- Hailing from Brighton, Chris studied Maths at Cambridge and graduated in 2003. After a short spell teaching English in China, Chris returned to London working in Software Development and Sales. Chris joined Dynamis in 2007 as a coder to concentrate on FranchiseSales.com and improving the links between BusinessesForSale.com and its clients.
- Nicola Benford (Head of Web Design)
- Nicola graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2000 with a degree in Multimedia Studies. Following this she became an integral member of a web design and development agency creating commercial websites. Nicola joined the Design and Production Team at Dynamis in April 2005 to further develop the Dynamis portfolio.
- Emmanuel Simpson (Web Design Manager)
- Emmanuel graduated from Brighton Art College having studied Contemporary theories in Art and Design. Originally based in print media, he worked in magazines and design practices before being seduced by the lure of the pixel. Emmanuel will be working within the design team to further develop the look and usability of the Dynamis portfolio.
- Madeleine Hoskins (Web Design Executive)
- Since graduating from the University of Sussex with a BSc in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence, Madeleine gained a passion for web design working for a design, media and marketing company in Washington, DC. After a year in the US, Madeleine returned to the UK and joined the Dynamis team in November 2006 as a junior web designer.
- Faye Bulman (Head of BusinessesForSale.com)
- Faye holds a degree in Physiology from Reading University and has four years industry experience within Sales, Marketing and Account and Channel management within a variety of industries, including IT and automotive. Since joining Dynamis in December 2004, Faye has been responsible for developing client relationships. As well as continuing with this, she is now focusing on managing and building BusinessesForSale.com globally.
- Yasmine Siddiqi (Head of FranchiseSales.com)
- Yasmine holds a degree in Information Systems Engineering (Bsc) from Westminster University. She has worked in various industries for the past five years within sales, marketing, account management and IT. Yasmine is responsible for managing the FranchiseSales.com brand and overseeing it’s strategic global expansion.
- Lucy Clooney (BusinessesForSale.com Manager)
- Lucy graduated from The University of Essex with a BA Honours degree in American Studies, which led her to study at the University of Miami in Florida in her final year. She gained 18 months sales experience in the automotive industry before joining Dynamis in 2006. Lucy works on BusinessesForSale.com focusing her attention on the existing UK market as well as developing client relationships and the presence of BusinessesForSale.com throughout the rest of the world.
- Dan Gammon (FranchiseSales.com Manager)
- Dan graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in 2003 and holds a Bachelor of Business (Marketing). He went on to work at a global sports marketing firm developing and manufacturing licensed brands within Australia including work for the Australian Football League, the Australian Grand Prix, and the Ashes 05/06 series. After joining Dynamis in July 2007, Daniel is now assisting in the global expansion of FranchiseSales.com.
- Anne-Claire Guillaume (European Manager)
- Anne-Claire graduated from French University ISIT with an MA in Translation and Terminology in English and Spanish. She has extensive commercial experience working with companies in Latin America and is now responsible for marketing BusinessesForSale.com and FranchiseSales.com in French and Spanish markets.
- Jo Dalton (Head of Communications)
- Jo graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Media Studies and Business Management. She went on to work as a video production editor with an online publishing company in Manchester, working on various football websites. After a brief spell travelling the globe, Jo joined Dynamis in November 2005 to co-ordinate PR and communications and produce editorial across all business brands.
- Adam Bannister (BusinessWings.co.uk Editor)
- Adam graduated from Leeds University in 2003 with a degree in History. He came to London two years later to do a diploma in Magazine Journalism. During his subsequent stint as subeditor at a legal publishing company he undertook freelance work for Dynamis, before joining the company on a full-time basis in the summer of 2006. Adam provides and manages editorial across all titles.
- Nick Hardie (Finance Manager)
- Born in Scotland, Nick spent most of his formative years in Zimbabwe (formerly Rhodesia). He graduated from the University of Cape Town and worked as a qualified engineer in both South Africa and Zimbabwe. He moved to England in 1987 and retrained as an accountant. Since then he has worked for internet and software companies in and around London. He joined Dynamis in January 2008, as Finance Manager, and is responsible for all aspects of the finance department.
